Inspired by the ambassador of all Italian coffees, our decaf take on the Ristretto blends decaf coffees from South America and beyond to craft a drop of deliciousness. Long roasted beans bring roasty notes and beautiful bitterness; the short roasted keep a flourish of acidity and a flash of fruit notes. This is our Ristretto Decaffeinato.

Origin

This complex blend is created using Arabicas from Brazil and Colombia, in combination with Robustas from other sources including East Africa.

Roasting

A low split roast develop the decaffeinated Arabica and Robusta coffees to achieve is rich, roasty notes while preserving the acidity and fruitness that make this coffee so complex.

Aromatic profile

A deliciously complex coffee, that displays roasty and intense notes in combination with fruity notes and a hint of acidity.
