A wide range of spice notes, mainly defined by cloves, cinnamon and cardamom melts with sweet pumpkin flavour to create this smooth Arabica blend from South America for an indulgent treat inspired by a pumpkin spice cake.
Insider tip: With the addition of a dash of milk, the spice notes are softened for a sweeter and smoother coffee.

Origin
This 100% Arabica blend is crafted from high-quality natural beans from Brazil, fully washed beans from Colombia, and other arabicas from selected regions.
Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
Aromatic profile
A delicious sweet pumpkin flavour combined with a wide range of spicy notes such as cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. A dash of milk will make Pumpkin Spice Cake more mellow and sweet, with buttery and biscuit notes. The cinnamon and clove notes will still push though to deliver a milky and spicy cup.
